Job Purpose and Impact The Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory Technician Lead will perform and record monitoring activities, process verification and audits of finished product and shelf life samples to ensure products meet all quality measures with an in depth understanding policy and procedures under occasional guidance and occasional guidance and provide support to others.
