Complete residential construction projects. Perform framing and structural carpentry. Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications. Install doors, windows, siding, trim and other finish materials. Work independently and as part of a team to meet project schedules. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Mentor and assist labourers and apprentices in developing their skills. Qualifications. Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience preferred. Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and building practices. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans. Experience with framing, renovations, and finish carpentry.
