Overview: Au Château is seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to support the strategic and operational financial functions of our organization. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will oversee the day-to-day financial operations across our Long-Term Care Home, Life Lease Housing, and the Community Support Services (CSS) Program. The Finance Manager will provide direct leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, efficient processes, strong internal controls, and exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders..
