Oakdale Child and Family Services is currently hiring for a Full Time Child & Youth Worker for our ALL FEMALE PROGRAM located in Barrie, Ontario for afternoon/evening shift + every other weekend.. Job Description MUST HAVE CYW OR DSW DIPLOMA: Must be available to work all shifts including afternoons, evenings ( some day shifts when clients not in school) and every other weekend both Saturday and Sunday 12 hour shifts). Communicate effectively and work as part of a team. Ability to engage in professional meetings with agencies and schools. Medication dispensing training will be provided. Ability to follow and uphold Oakdale's Policies and Procedures. Attend medical appointments with primary clients. Have well developed writing skills and complete routine documentation. Able to assist with client's personal hygiene requirements, daily living skills support and some lifting as required. --Valid CPR/First Aid Certification is Required.
