Position Summary: The Donation room staff (Phlebotomist) is responsible for performing the plasmapheresis and ensuring that donor safety and care are maximized. Position Objective: To maximize donor safety and care and minimize wait times while keeping product quality considerations in mind. Responsibilities and Duties: Setting up, disconnecting and operating plasmapheresis machine (equipment preparation and proper waste management of contaminated disposables) and performing venipunctures..
