Supervise and plan shop floor manufacturing activities according to production priorities and deadlines;2. Coordinate the workforce, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with manufacturing methods;3. Interpret plans, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure production compliance;4. Manage materials, equipment, and processes to maintain operational efficiency;5. Control quality, identify non-conformities, and ensure required corrective actions are taken;6. Other related duties. Job type: Full-time position Work schedule:- Day shift- 30 hours/week over 5 working days Years of experience required: At least 2 years of experience in metallurgy or industrial manufacturing Education: High school diploma OR equivalent experience Duration of employment: Permanent position Working language: French Salary: $36/hour Work location
