Farm Supervisor

Outdoors Tasks: Monitoring animal health. Maintain financial and production records. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain livestock performance records. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Supervise maintenance and repair services. Maintain inventory of supplies. Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders. Clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Plan and organize daily operations. Organize planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities. Monitor animal behaviour.
