Job Description: Job Description We are currently seeking a General Building Maintenance with skid steer operator experience to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Each candidate shall be required to acquire and wear steel toed shoes/boots during working hours. The employee will be reimbursed one time, up to $100 for the purchase of new steel-toed shoes. The Maintenance/General Building Technician reporting to the Area Supervisor, is responsible for maintenance of all self-storage properties within the assigned Region. This includes general repairs, clean up, supporting clients/site staff as required, and ensuring the efficiency of the retail division of the company. Goals and purposes include prioritizing work, completing repairs efficiently, and maintaining a positive relat
