Labourer - Material Handling

Salary: $18-$20 DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE

Fries Tallman Lumber is one of the oldest independently owned retail lumberyards in Saskatchewan. We are seeking a highly energetic, reliable yard attendants. Daily duties include but are not limited to: -Work closely with a driver to ensure safe and efficient delivery of product-Loading rooftops with bundles of shingles on both 2 story and bungalow-Carry and deliver various sizes of drywall-Assist with loading trucks-Report damages and returned items-Use proper material handling techniques to ensure minimal damage to inventory-Comply with all health and safety rules, regulations and laws Requirements: -Requires physical strength and stamina-Previous experience/familiarity of working at heights preferred-Ability to lift 80lbs repeatedly -Forklift certification is an asset-Familiarity with building materials and lumber an asset-Authorized to work in Canada Our philosophy is to provide top quality products and exceptional customer service to every customer.
