Job Summary: We're looking for a designated CPA to lead our finance function as *Director of Finance* — a genuine seat-at-the-table role for someone who wants to help drive an entrepreneurial, fast-growing group of companies through its next stage, not just report on it. Reporting to the President, with hands-on support from our fractional CFO during onboarding, you'll build the financial infrastructure, KPIs, and team the business needs across multiple business lines — and work alongside ownership as a true strategic partner, not just closing the books on decisions others have already made..
