Early Childhood Educator (ECE): Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ECE to implement the Flower Patch Kids program. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working with children, committed to continuous learning and growth, and confident in independently leading a program.. As an adventure and nature inspired school, we are looking for someone who is equally excited about outdoor learning and exploration. This role offers full creative freedom to design and lead the program (how fun is that!) while contributing to the ongoing development and vision of our nature-based curriculum through your creativity, passion, and leadership.
