Managing permit applications including development permits and building permits. Assist in Architectural and engineering design. Budget and schedule creation and maintenance. Assist in Manpower allocation for both subtrades and CCH staff. Subtrade contract negotiations and administration. Managing Material take-offs. Overseeing the construction process of both new buildings and major renovations from beginning to end..
