Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 hourly (to be negotiated)

Languages: English or French Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. or equivalent experience Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Work setting: Restaurant. Rural area. Hotel, motel, resort Tasks: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances. Inspect kitchens and food service areas. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Clean kitchen and work areas. Organize buffets and banquets Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Cook Trade Certification Security and safety: Criminal record check Transportation/travel information: Own transportation.
