Job Description Job Description At Trade Winds to Success Training Society, our mission is to empower Indigenous individuals in Alberta by providing pre-trades training. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Carpentry Instructor to work with the Residential Construction Program Manager in the delivery of our Outreach Residential Construction Program, including practical training through the Eco-Smart Home curriculum and build. This role involves direct instruction, on-site supervision, and mentoring of Indigenous students preparing for employment in the trades. The ideal candidate is a Journeyperson Carpenter who is passionate about sharing their knowledge and helping others succeed in a safe and respectful learning environment. In line with our mission, we actively collaborate with funders and various stakeholders to engage potential program participants.
