We are currently hiring Child & Youth Workers to join our growing team. What You'll Do: Provide supervision in a residential group home. Support evening and morning routines. Implement individualized care and behaviour support plans. Use trauma-informed and strength-based approaches. Respond to crisis situations using approved de-escalation strategies. Complete daily documentation and incident reports. Work collaboratively with supervisors and the care team What We're Looking For: Diploma or degree in Child & Youth Care, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Experience working with children or youth in residential or community settings preferred. Strong communication and boundary-setting skills. Ability to work overnight / weekends, and holidays.
