Basic Functions: Inform Customers about our services offered and hardware options (Buy and Sell/Trade-in Options). Provide exceptional customer service throughout all stages of a sale life cycle — from greeting, informing, selling, or answering customer inquiries to assisting them to make a choice in selecting the hardware and set up their billing method.. Troubleshoot hardware problems to limit customer visits from one store to another and landing in the warranty centre.. Determine the needs of our Customers and provide recommendations for the best solution to meet their needs.. Greet in store/Over the phone Customers in a Polite, Friendly and Professional manner. Meet individual and team performance sales quota, tasklist, check list according to Wind/ Management guidelines.. Technical Skills Required. Be able to operate a computer with minimal to no supervision. Fluent in Microsoft Office (Specially Excel and Word). Ability to quickly adapt to the use of our Retail Software. Ability
