We want YOU!. At Roach's Taxi, we're looking for someone to help keep the city moving — literally. You'll answer calls from customers, dispatch trips using our software (we use *iCabbi*), and coordinate with drivers via radio and phone. When things go sideways (like tech hiccups or storms), you'll step in with *manual dispatch backup*.. This role is part dispatcher, part call taker, part local superhero. What You'll Be Doing: Answer incoming taxi booking calls with a friendly, helpful attitude. Monitor trip flow and make sure the system is doing its job (and step in when it doesn't).
