We oversee a diverse portfolio of high-rise, low-rise, boutique condominium, townhome, and commercial corporations.. We are currently seeking a Property Accountant to join our expanding team for this is a full time hybrid role who has experience performing accounting functions for a portfolio of condominium corporations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate, timely and complete financial reporting, including management of:. Monthly, Unaudited Financial Statements. Payroll. Knowledge Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Payroll, WSIB and year-end tax filings. Cash Flow Report. Reconciliations. Adjusting entries. Financial accounting software.. Internal controls and procedures. Liaise with the company auditors and other external parties as required.. We are looking for a candidate that is experienced in condominium property man
