Transport Refrigeration Mechanic

Salary: $42.04 to $46.49 hourly (to be negotiated)

Languages: English Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Tasks: Interpret blueprints or other instructions to plan methods or sequences of operation. Maintain and repair equipment in refrigerated trucks. Read blueprints or other instructions to determine work requirements. Assemble and install refrigeration or air conditioning components. Perform maintenance such as, recharging system with refrigerant, checking and testing regulators or calibrating system. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. Repair or replace defective machinery parts. Co-ordinate work activities with other departments. Provide expertise in response to clients needs Equipment and machinery experience: Soldering equipment Own tools/equipment: Tools Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication.
