Position: Non-Physician Admin (CL Funnel) Type: Contract Compensation: $50?$65/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10+ hours/week Role Responsibilities: Design complex scenarios from your healthcare practice area to train AI agents. Build supporting records and author healthcare-operations tasks. Evaluate tasks for AI model training to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. Collaborate asynchronously to improve AI model outputs and training data quality. Work independently with flexible hours to meet project deadlines Must-Have: 2+ years of recent experience in healthcare administrative/back-office roles. Experience with payer portals, EHR platforms, encoders, and coding tools. 10+ hours/week commitment Preferred: Experience owning exceptions and disputes
