Salary: $75,000 per year

Sask Battery is part of the largest independent battery company in Western Canada with 13 locations. We are seeking a Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and build lasting customer relationships. Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with rotating Saturday shifts from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. paid at overtime rates. Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development-Lead, coach, and motivate store employees.-Recruit, train, and develop team members.-Manage employee schedules and performance. Sales & Customer Service-Drive retail and wholesale sales growth.-Build and maintain strong customer relationships-Ensure outstanding customer service and product knowledge.-Identify new business opportunities within the local market.-Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively. Operations & Inventory-Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment.-Monitor inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage.-Coordinate product ordering and receiving.
