Recommend measures to improve productivity. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise workers and projects. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Train or arrange for training. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Recommend personnel actions. Requisition materials and supplies.
