I am looking for an experienced, hardworking *barista *with *specialty coffee experience *to join my small, dedicated team. We take pride in serving exceptional coffee and providing genuine hospitality. I am looking for someone who shares those values and thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. What I'm Looking For: Previous *specialty coffee *experience required.. Confident in daily dial-in and adjusting grinders.. Consistent espresso preparation and milk steaming skills.. Strong understanding of specialty coffee standards and barista etiquette.. Clean, organized, and detail-oriented with pride in maintaining a tidy workspace.. Friendly, professional, and committed to excellent customer service.. Able to work independently - open or close.. Comfortable handling rushes while maintaining quality, efficiency, and composure.. Reliable, punctual, and proactive with daily cleaning and tasks. Availability: Part-time (2-4 shifts per week). Early morning availability required (6am
