Organize planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities. Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality. Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings. Manage overall operation of farm. Perform general farm duties. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers Type of crops: Apples. Cherries Equipment and machinery experience: Automated irrigation system. Sprayer or duster.
