Review HR directives to assure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Inspect workplaces for safety or health hazards. Investigate workplace accidents or illnesses. Manage training and development strategies. Develop and implement health and safety plans. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
