We are looking for 6-10 energetic individuals with a passion for skating and helping people, to instruct our Learn To Skate Program. General Information: Program locations: A.C.T, Cosmo, and Lions Arenas Instructor shifts: Monday-Thursday Oct 19th - Dec 10th. Lesson times:Children's Skate- 4:00-4:45pm Preschool Skate - 4:15-4:45pm Skating programs are designed for children ages 3 to 9 Learn to Skate provides basic skating instruction in a fun and safe learning environment. Rate of Pay: $19.65/hour Each course will have 2-3 instructors so you will be co-teaching with another amazing instructor. Instructor Qualifications: Must be 16 years of age or older Experience working with children ages 3 to 9 is preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of the fundamental skills of skating The ability to lead a group of children in a structured activity Past involvement and participation in ice skating sports is an asset.
