Dietetics/dietitian (RD) Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Tasks: Analyze current scientific nutritional studies to improve nutritional programs. Conduct research to improve nutritional programs and food service operations. Design a personalized menu for patients. Determine the nutritional treatment plan. Develop nutrition plan for food service programs. Evaluate normal and therapeutic menus to maintain and enhance general health. Evaluate program effectiveness to improve the nutritional value, taste, appearance and preparation of food. Provide a complete nutritional assessment. Provide nutrition guidance and consultation to health professionals, community groups, government or the media. Plan, evaluate and conduct nutrition education programs and develop educational materials for various audiences. Aid in the prevention of inadequate nutrition Area of special
