Creekside Pet Boarding and Daycare is looking for an enthusiastic daycare attendant! We are one of the only daycares in Edmonton owned and operated by a veterinarian. We are looking for a candidate with a passion for dogs and their well being to join our team. Social Media experience an asset. Duties include: Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of the facility. Supervising play between dogs to ensure all interactions are appropriate and safe. Assessing new dog clients to ensure daycare is appropriate for them. Cleaning up all messes, up to and including urine, feces and vomit (a strong stomach is a must). Administering medications (oral, topical, and injectable). Assisting customers with checking in and out. Answering telephone and email inquiries. Handling customer payments. Ability to be outdoors during varying types of weather. Social Media posts. Other duties as required. We are open 7 days a week from 7am to 8pm, open availability considered an asset. Weekend shifts are 7am-11am + 4p
