The Sheraton Hamilton is currently recruiting for a Full time Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team JOB SUMMARY: Generate, verify, and reconcile group tour, FIT's, Airline and team master account statements.. Follow up with customers to verify receipt of statement.. Make collection calls to outstanding accounts.. Investigate and respond to guest inquiries regarding accounts, credit card charges, and billing.. Monitor master account from collecting advan
