Heavy Equipment Operator

Salary: $25.00 to $50.00 hourly (to be negotiated)

Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years Work site environment: Outdoors. Dusty Work setting: Various locations Tasks: Interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications to plan methods or sequences of operation. Operate heavy equipment. Clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks. Operate computer controlled equipment. Complete onboard and other logs. Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment. Secure special attachments to equipment. Operate GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment. Operate hydraulic pumping systems Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Driver's License (Class 3 or D). Air Brake (Z) Endorsement. Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate.
