Banquet Supervisor

Salary: $21.00 to $25.00 hourly (to be negotiated)

Languages: English Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Hospitality administration/management, general Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Prepare and submit reports. Supervise and check assembly of trays. Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys. Organize buffets and banquets. Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets and specialty functions.
