Position Overview: SPARK Foundation of Lloydminster is seeking a Director, Community Programs to lead and support the continued growth, impact, and sustainability of our community programming. In this role, you will provide both strategic direction and day-to-day oversight, working closely with the Community Program teams to develop and evaluate programs, build strong community partnerships, and identify funding opportunities.. You'll also help ensure our programs are delivered with a high standard of care, safety, and financial responsibility. This position plays an important role in strengthening our connection to the community and ensuring our services continue to meet evolving needs. The ideal candidate is an organized and thoughtful leader who values collaboration, communicates effectively, builds strong relationships, and is passionate about community-focused, client-centered work.
