Weekly one-on-ones, joint customer calls, real feedback - you'll be in the field with your team, not just reviewing their pipeline from a spreadsheet. Building the playbook. Design onboarding for new hires and structured coaching frameworks so your team's success doesn't depend on tribal knowledge. Owning key customer relationships and partnering with Marketing to build local campaigns and events that actually move the needle.
