Role: This position assists the Management staff in achieving store goals and is responsible for the results of the Dragon Vape store. This person must be energetic and enthusiastic, willing to engage customers with a sales minded attitude, and display pride in our stores through strong work ethics, organizational skills and cleanliness. You will be responsible for maintaining current customer relationships as well as building rapport with new customers, helping them to find solutions to their problems and directing them to suitable products that fits each individual need. This includes explaining the multiple options a fresh ex-smoker has to choose from to troubleshooting problems with returning customers, if necessary. Major Duties: ?
