Full-Time Job Coach: Leduc, AB | Monday?Friday, 7 hrs/day. Leduc LINX Connect Centre is a non-profit supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. We're looking for a full-time *Job Coach* to help clients succeed in meaningful employment and community involvement. What You'll Do: Support clients in learning and maintaining workplace skills. Transport clients to and from work and activities. Assist with resumes, job searches, and workplace integration. Build relationships with employers and advocate for inclusive hiring. Keep accurate daily notes and reports What You Bring: High School Diploma (Human Services education/experience an asset). First Aid with CPR/AED (or willing to obtain within 90 days). Valid Class 5 license, reliable vehicle with $2M liability insurance, and clean driver's abstract. Strong documentation, computer, and communication skills.
