Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable: Process customer payments and apply payments to accounts. Prepare and send customer invoices and statements. Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts. Reconcile customer accounts. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies. Assist with credit and collection activities. Other tasks Accounts Payable: Process and verify supplier invoices. Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents. Enter invoices accurately into the accoun
