About the Role: Mulu Jewelry is seeking a *highly motivated, sales-driven Assistant Store Manager* for our Scarborough Town Centre location.. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can *sell, lead, coach and take ownership of store performance*. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, develop the sales team, maintain operational standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead by example through strong personal sales performance.. Help achieve daily, weekly and monthly store sales targets.. Coach and motivate Sales Associates to improve sales and KPIs.. Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback and support..
