SKILLS + QUALIFICATIONS: · Food Safe Level 1 certification. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines. · Excellent communication skills and reliability under pressure. · Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment. · Minimum 3 years professional bakery experience DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES: · Prepare daily baked
