About the Role: Mulu Jewelry is looking for a *strong, energetic and sales-driven Assistant Store Manager* for our Oshawa Centre location.. This is a hands-on leadership position. The Assistant Manager will work directly on the sales floor, lead by example, support the sales team, and help drive the store toward its daily and monthly targets.. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of results and can step in to run the store when the Store Manager is not present. Responsibilities: Drive personal sales and contribute directly to store targets.. Coach, motivate and support Sales Associates on the floor.. Monitor daily sales performance and KPIs.. Generate customer appointments and ensure proper follow-up.. Build relationships with customers and develop repeat business.. Promote financing, custom jewelry, repairs and other Mulu services..
