Outside Sales Representative

About the Role: Donald's Fine Foods is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for a newly created position covering our Metro Vancouver territory. This role takes over an existing base of clients while building new business through prospecting and territory development. Responsibilities: Manage and grow an existing client base. Build and execute a territory plan to win new accounts. Prospect through field visits, referrals, calls, and events. Diagnose customer needs, present solutions, quote, and negotiate. Close new business and manage onboarding through the first several months. Report on market trends, competitor pricing, and lost-business reasons. Collaborate with Sales leadership and Supply Chain on pricing and availability Requirements: 3 to 5 years of B2B outside sales, territory development, foodservice, or wholesale distribution experience. Experience selling meat, food, or perishable products strongly preferred. Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skill
