Assistant Manager - Retail

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the store manager. You will support the team in customer service, human resources management, merchandising, and financial control.Main Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, organization, and management of all operations;Apply the company's business strategies to achieve the sales and profitability objectives;Be involved in the employee hiring process;Be responsible for new employee training, including customer service, product knowledge, sales, and merchandising;Be involved in employee performance evaluations;Through a constant presence on the sales floor, foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement;Maintain schedules and adhere to salary budgets;Effectively communicate information to both customers and employees;Perform and supervise in-store inventory management.
