Primary responsibilities include preparing financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS, internal management reporting and reporting to our infrastructure owners Major Responsibilities External Reporting Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, supporting schedules, and related SEC filings (Forms 6-K and 20-F) under US GAAP for Seapeak LLC. Prepare various subsidiary statutory financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS. Assist in the implementation of US GAAP and SEC regulation changes.
