Job description: Key Responsibilities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and work areas. Execute hot and cold dishes, properly following recipe and plating guidelines.. Organize and restock throughout service to ensure proper mise en place.. Support daily kitchen prep by assisting with basic food prep or tasks when needed. Take out garbage, recycling, and compost as required. Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines consistently. Work with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Report any equipment or safety issues to management promptly.
