The Kativik Regional Government is a non-ethnic public organization established in 1978 under the James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement. The organization has jurisdiction over most of Quebec's territory north of the 55th parallel. The Nunavik Police Service (SPN) is the regional police service for Nunavik. The SPN is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to fill the following position: SERGEANT-INVESTIGATOR Position summary: Reporting to the Lieutenant-Investigator, the incumbent conducts criminal and penal investigations throughout Nunavik. The position requires strong professional rigour, sound investigative judgment, and close collaboration with the Director of Criminal and Penal Prosecutions (DCPP) and partners. The Sergeant-Investigator provides guidance to patrol officers during investigations and serves as a mentor to them. Main duties: ?
