Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level. Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms Area of specialization: Shingled roofs. Modified roofing system. Single ply sheet membrane roofing system Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Hand-eye co-ordination. Handling heavy loads Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots Personal suitability: Dependability. Reliability. Team player
