Job Overview: We are looking for an individual who is reliable, mature, has stamina, strong work ethic and can follow instructions accurately for our General Labourer role.. McCutcheon Farm Drainage installs systematic sub-surface drainage systems in farms across Middlesex, Oxford and Perth County. Work happens year-round, weather permitting. Our daily goal is to install as many feet of tile as possible while ensuring a quality install of a systematic tiling system that will provide benefits for the farmer and environment for many years to come. The General Labourer, in combination with the Heavy Equipment Operator, plays a vital role in achieving this goal and ultimately sets the crew's pace for the entire day by ensuring connections are always ready ahead of the Tile Plow..
