POSITION AVAILABLE: Restaurant Supervisor: *REPORTS TO:* *Executive Chef* LOCATION: Novotel Toronto North York: ADDRESS: 3 Park Home Avenue Toronto, ON M2N 6L3: This is an existing vacancy for a non-unionized position.: Duties & Responsibilities: Supervises Restaurant team members pertaining Novotel Toronto North York's Restaurant team to ensure the highest quality guest service and presentation.. Assists with counseling, coaching, and disciplining of staff as appropriate.. Completes opening/closing checklist for all restaurant spaces and supervises related staff assignments.. Oversees completion of all opening/closing side work.. Monitors running side work during AM/PM shift to ensure proper equipment levels.. Ensures all Restaurant outlets are properly set for beginning/end of business day.. Ensures a positive guest experience and facilitates the smooth daily operation of the outlets. Participates in staff training and regularly monitors performance to ensure Novotel Toronto North
