Community Corrections is seeking a dedicated Probation Officer/Community Youth Worker to provide programs and services to adult and youth offenders in a collaborative, client-focused environment. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively with diverse populations, build community partnerships, exercise sound judgment, and support positive behavioural change. Candidates must possess a degree or diploma in a related field such as Correctional Studies, Justice Studies, Community and Justice Services, Social Work, or Mental Health. Knowledge of criminal behaviour, cognitive-behavioural interventions, risk assessment practices, and systemic barriers affecting individuals and communities is required. Strong communication, case management, asse
