Responsibilities: *Production & Packaging:* Assist in harvesting, prepping, sorting, grading, and packaging our fine salt, flake salt, smoked/flavored salts, and brine lines.. *Equipment & Process Operations:* Operate and monitor production equipment (including kettles, fluid bed dryers, boilers, scales, and bottling/filling machinery).. *Quality & Food Safety:* Maintain strict adherence to HACCP guidelines, Food Safe procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), including batch coding and harvest run logs.. *Sanitation & Maintenance:* Perform regular cleaning, equipment maintenance, and workspace sanitization to p
