Job Purpose This position supports the delivery of our evening CCA program. Regular evening availability is required, with teaching hours scheduled primarily during the evening from 1pm - 9.30pm.The LPN/RN CCA Instructor is responsible for supporting the Team Lead and Program Manager in the delivery, oversight, and continuous improvement of the Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) Program. This role ensures excellence in academic delivery, regulatory compliance, student success, operational effectiveness, and program quality while maintaining Oxford International standards. The Instructor will provide classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction, support student progression, contribute to program operations, and assist with recruitment and strategic initiatives as required.
